Mental Health during The Covid-19 Pandemic in Nursing Students Dormitory at Malang
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has not only threatened physical health, but has also threatened the mental health of many people. This project aims to provide knowledge about the importance of awareness and discipline in improving mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic. The activity was carried out for one day on Friday, May 14, 2021 via zoom, material related to the importance of mental health during the covid-19 pandemic with Kemenkes RI guidelines. The data collected through the SRQ-29 questionnaire then assessed according to existing standards. Analysis of the data obtained carried out descriptively using SPSS with frequency analytics. This result of this project is increase knowledge in improving mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, this project should continue so can reduce various problems that arise during the pandemic and participants be able to increase body resistance by increasing mental health during the optimal covid-19 pandemic.
